Nous sommes 5 (Bruno, Franck, Florent &nbsp;Rony, et moi-m\u00eame ) \u00e0 prendre le d\u00e9part de Marines \u00e0 destination de la mer (Dieppe) en v\u00e9lo.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Sous la houlette de notre capitaine de route Bruno, nous partons joyeusement &nbsp;en compagnie du brouillard. Florent fait demi-tour pour un &nbsp;retour en solo a Marines. Nous sommes d\u00e9sormais 10 Marinois qui traversons la campagne normande en direction de Forges les eaux &nbsp;Les paysages bucoliques d\u00e9filent \u00e0 allure mod\u00e9r\u00e9e&nbsp;. Notre passage perturbe \u00e0 peine les vaches normandes qui broutent &nbsp;paisiblement dans d\u2019\u00e9normes pr\u00e8s d\u2019un vert \u00e9meraude. Nous esp\u00e9rons tous de ne pas rencontrer un taureau en suivant Bruno &nbsp;v\u00eatu de son maillot rouge. Le temps se l\u00e8ve peu a peu, la temp\u00e9rature devient id\u00e9ale pour faire du v\u00e9lo.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Rapidement nous arrivons a notre ultime \u00e9tape &nbsp;la gare de Serqueux .L\u00e0, nous attentent notre doyen Jean Marie &nbsp;qui a amen\u00e9 la camionnette a bon port et remplit d\u2019eau fraiche . L\u2019ambiance est sympa, les sourires se lient sur chaque visage, nos jeunes &nbsp;scrutent l\u2019horizon en esp\u00e9rant d\u00e9j\u00e0 voir la mer. Nicolas et Fred D reproduisent et commentent &nbsp;des attaques fictives comme si nous \u00e9tions sur une v\u00e9ritable \u00e9tape du tour. Jeff tient bon., Les passages \u00e0 niveau et leur relances se multiplient. Devant, les gaziers forcent un peu allure. On double un v\u00e9t\u00e9ran de l\u2019AC VERNON&nbsp;qui s\u2019accroche \u00e0 nos roues et me glisse entre deux souffles qu\u2019il aimerait nous &nbsp;rencontrer tous les Week ends attendu que \u00e7a augmenterait sa moyenne . En guise de remerciements et avant de se s\u00e9parer, &nbsp;il m\u2019avoue que nous avons une belle et fi\u00e8re allure et que nos jeunes sont formidables en apprenant que le plus jeune n\u2019a que 10 ans.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Peu avant Dieppe l\u2019appel de l\u2019estomac a fait craquer le groupe. La grande table est d\u00e9j\u00e0 dress\u00e9e ,on s\u2019installe sous un soleil qui commence a percer. la brise de bord de mer nous fait du bien, les bi\u00e8res arrivent, les yeux s\u2019\u00e9carquillent, les gorges se d\u00e9salt\u00e8rent , les cyclistes sont joyeux. Les moules et les hamburgers sont aval\u00e9s promptement et certains parlent d\u00e9j\u00e0 de sorties futures encore plus longue&nbsp;: Londres&nbsp;, le Ventoux, l\u2019ard\u00e9choise \u2026silencieux j\u2019acquiesce \u00e0 tout, puis je regarde un a un ceux qui sont autour de la table et je me sens &nbsp;.. Nous voila sur la piste cyclable qui longe la plage. Nous nous arr\u00eatons, nous contemplons la mer, la plage, une \u2026.. OH et apr\u00e8s tout si vous voulez savoir fallait venir avec nous&nbsp;, ce qui se passe a DIEPPE&nbsp;&nbsp;\u2026 reste \u00e0 DIEPPE. Le bain de mer que &nbsp;Fred V &nbsp;avait envisag\u00e9 s\u2019\u00e9loigne faute de temps .Sur la voie verte le retour se fait a allure forc\u00e9e, un peu trop pour certain. La fatigue commence \u00e0 me gagner, je regarde mon compteur&nbsp;180 KM ma sortie la plus longue de ma courte vie de cycliste. Il est temps qu\u2019on arrive, peu a peu le soleil chauffe. &nbsp;186 KM&nbsp;:voil\u00e0 la camionnette, jean marie m accueille avec de l\u2019eau fraiche, Bruno me prends mon v\u00e9lo, l attache aux portes v\u00e9los et \u00e0 peine le temps de dire au revoir que &nbsp;nous voil\u00e0 d\u00e9j\u00e0 parti avec la camionnette ou la climatisation peine a rafraichir l habitacle.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>18H00 &nbsp;de retour \u00e0 la maison, \u00e9puis\u00e9 mais satisfait&nbsp;: j ai pass\u00e9 une journ\u00e9e formidable et \u00e0 la vue des retours il me semble que je ne sois pas le seul\u2026\u2026<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2
