{"id":28030,"date":"2026-08-30T21:20:22","date_gmt":"2026-08-30T19:20:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/acmarines.fr\/?p=28030"},"modified":"2026-09-09T13:25:40","modified_gmt":"2026-09-09T11:25:40","slug":"cyclo-2026-24h-velo-au-mans","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/acmarines.fr\/?p=28030","title":{"rendered":"ROUTE 2026 \/ 24h VELO au Mans"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le 29 aout, notre \u00e9quipe <strong>ACM<\/strong> (<strong>A C<\/strong>ours de <strong>M<\/strong>ollet) compos\u00e9e de 5 licenci\u00e9s du club et un ext\u00e9rieur, a pris le d\u00e9part de la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre cyclosportive des <strong>24 Heures V\u00e9lo du Mans<\/strong> sur le mythique Circuit Bugatti.. Cette \u00e9dition s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9e particuli\u00e8rement cors\u00e9e en raison d&rsquo;une m\u00e9t\u00e9o difficile (pluie et surtout beaucoup de vent ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. L&rsquo;ambiance et un d\u00e9part chaotique sous la pluie<\/strong> <strong>\ud83c\udf27\ufe0f\ud83d\udca5<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le moment le plus spectaculaire reste sans aucun doute le d\u00e9part le samedi \u00e0 15h, o\u00f9 les coureurs s&rsquo;\u00e9lancent en courant vers leur v\u00e9lo. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;humoriste et passionn\u00e9 de cyclisme <strong>Arnaud Tsam\u00e8re qui a endoss\u00e9 le r\u00f4le de starter officiel<\/strong> pour agiter le drapeau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J&rsquo;ai pris ce premier relais dans des conditions difficiles: la pluie s&rsquo;est invit\u00e9e d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de jeu. Entre une cale capricieuse au moment de clipser au d\u00e9part, la piste glissante, les projections d&rsquo;eau et la nervosit\u00e9 extr\u00eame d&rsquo;un peloton lanc\u00e9 \u00e0 pleine vitesse, ces premiers tours ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ultra-d\u00e9licats, provoquant plusieurs chutes impressionnantes autour de moi. Il a fallu faire preuve d&rsquo;une immense vigilance pour passer le t\u00e9moin sans encombre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Le profil du circuit : Durci par un vent incessant<\/strong> <strong>\ud83d\udca8\ud83d\udeb4\u200d\u2642\ufe0f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00e9daler sur cette piste de 4,185 km est un pur plaisir, mais les \u00e9l\u00e9ments ont rendu le circuit beaucoup plus s\u00e9lectif qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y para\u00eet :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La mont\u00e9e Dunlop :<\/strong> La fameuse bosse qui m\u00e8ne sous la passerelle Dunlop fait mal aux jambes \u00e0 chaque tour, surtout lorsqu&rsquo;il faut relancer la machine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Les portions roulantes&#8230; face au vent :<\/strong> Si le rev\u00eatement est parfait, le vent a souffl\u00e9 fort pendant l&rsquo;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 des 24 heures. Pr\u00e9sent sur toute la course, il a consid\u00e9rablement durci l&rsquo;effort, obligeant \u00e0 rouler en peloton pour se prot\u00e9ger ou \u00e0 fournir des efforts monumentaux face aux rafales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Une bonne strat\u00e9gie et une \u00e9quipe soud\u00e9e dans la bonne humeur<\/strong> <strong>\u23f1\ufe0f\ud83d\ude0a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au-del\u00e0 de la m\u00e9t\u00e9o, ce que je retiendrai par-dessus tout, c&rsquo;est <strong>la formidable ambiance qui a r\u00e9gn\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe tout au long du week-end<\/strong>. Entre rires, chambrages amicales et encouragements, la bonne humeur est rest\u00e9e intacte du d\u00e9but \u00e0 la fin, ce qui a rendu l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience encore plus belle et a grandement facilit\u00e9 l&rsquo;encha\u00eenement de nos forces :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Apr\u00e8s mon d\u00e9part humide, <strong>Christophe<\/strong> a pris le deuxi\u00e8me relais. Une strat\u00e9gie payante pendant la nuit puisqu&rsquo;il a tout \u00e9cras\u00e9 sur son passage en signant <strong>la meilleure moyenne de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe sur une heure \u00a0(37,4 km\/h)! Bravo le CHTI\u00a0!!!<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Guillaume<\/strong> a encha\u00een\u00e9 en troisi\u00e8me position avec un gros tempo pour stabiliser notre position tout au long des 24H.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En quatri\u00e8me, <strong>Christian<\/strong> a fait preuve d&rsquo;un courage \u00e9norme : malgr\u00e9 un mal de dos qui l&rsquo;a fait terriblement souffrir, et contre l\u2019avis du m\u00e9decin, il a serr\u00e9 les dents pour aller au bout de son effort. Un vrai mental de guerrier!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Florian<\/strong>, notre plus jeune coureur, est parti en cinqui\u00e8me position pour apporter toute sa fra\u00eecheur et son \u00e9nergie au c\u0153ur de la course.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfin, <strong>Fred<\/strong> est venu cl\u00f4turer ce solide roulement en sixi\u00e8me relais, pour maintenir notre rythme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Le bilan et les remerciements<\/strong> <strong>\ud83c\udfc6<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s 4 relais d\u2019une heure pour chacun d\u2019entre nous, la d\u00e9livrance arrive enfin le dimanche \u00e0 15h, sous le drapeau \u00e0 damier franchit avec fiert\u00e9 par Fred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au final, malgr\u00e9 la pluie du d\u00e9part et ce vent continu, nous bouclons ces 24 heures avec un total de <strong>186 tours<\/strong>, ce qui repr\u00e9sente <strong>778,41 km<\/strong> parcourus \u00e0 une moyenne de <strong>32,43 km\/h<\/strong> ! Un effort collectif qui nous permet de d\u00e9crocher la <strong>342e position sur 648 \u00e9quipes<\/strong> au classement (159\/274 pour les \u00e9quipes de 6).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Un immense merci :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00c0 toute l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe<\/strong> (Christophe, Guillaume, Christian, Florian et Fred) pour l&rsquo;entraide, les relais parfaits, mais surtout pour les fous rires et la super coh\u00e9sion face aux \u00e9l\u00e9ments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c0<\/strong> notre super assistante <strong>Magali<\/strong>, qui a g\u00e9r\u00e9 l&rsquo;intendance d&rsquo;une main de ma\u00eetre en nous mijotant de bons petits plats. Ses forces culinaires, sa pr\u00e9sence ont \u00e9t\u00e9 notre meilleur carburant et ont aliment\u00e9 la convivialit\u00e9 du groupe !<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Au club<\/strong>, pour le pr\u00eat logistique indispensable. Un grand merci pour <strong>la camionnette<\/strong> qui a facilit\u00e9 tout le transport, et pour <strong>le barnum<\/strong> install\u00e9 sur notre zone de camping qui nous a offert un superbe espace de vie bien visible et abrit\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c0 Christophe B<\/strong> qui depuis Marines nous a supporter et encourager tout au long de ces 24H via WhatsApp<strong>\u00a0.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c0<\/strong> <strong>l&rsquo;organisation<\/strong> parfaite et <strong>aux b\u00e9n\u00e9voles<\/strong> qui ont brav\u00e9 le vent et la pluie pour nous permettre de courir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Une aventure magique<\/strong> et d&rsquo;autant plus gratifiante qu&rsquo;elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9croch\u00e9e avec le sourire et au mental <strong>! \u00c0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e prochaine<\/strong> !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right
